For aircraft and stationary gas turbines we offer aluminium anticorrosion coatings, anti fouling sealers/top coats and diffusion coating materials. Our materials are widely used for coating new or used compressor and hotpath parts.
Concerning health issues we offer a GREEN-line free of chromium (VI).
Our slurries allow for quick application by spraying, rolling or dipping – as simple as any paint. This targeted product application reduces process waste. The fast and energy efficient curing benefits in reduced process time and cost at increased throughput.
A recent example with drastic effects on process time and cost are chromizing slurries of the type CERAL 45 allowing to substitute conventional material and energy intensive pack diffusion processes.
Considering defects while aluminizing used hotpath parts a new formulation of the type CERAL 10 GREEN enables to aluminize with minimized formation of droplets.
