E5灯头量规使用方法及使用目的
（1）E5灯头通规 (7006-25D-1)
目 的：用来检验成品灯上E5灯头的螺纹和尺寸T*小值。
使用方法：当成品灯上的灯头完全旋入量规内时，灯头接触面应与量规S面共面或凸出S面。
（2）E5灯头止规 (7006-25E-1)
目 的：用来检验成品灯上E5灯头螺纹*小外径(尺寸d)。
使用方法：当量规套在成品灯的灯头螺纹上时，灯头中心触点不应凸出量规的X面。
The sharp part of the edge of the thread shall be broken with a radius of approx. 0,2mm.
Purpose: To check the thread and dimension T min. of E5 caps on finished lamps.
Testing: When the cap on the finished lamp is fully screwed into the gauge, the contact-making surface shall be co-planar with or project beyond surface S.
This gauge may also be used for checking unmounted caps.
