DuPont™ Elvax® 3135X is an extrudable ethylene -vinyl acetate copolymer resin available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion e designed to process polyethylene resins.

12 % By Weight Vinyl Acetate comonomer content
Thermal Stabilizer: BHT antioxidant
Application
This resin is designed to provide a low temperature heat seal to itself or many other materials commonly used in flexible packaging applications. The melt properties of this resin allow it to be processed on blown film e over a wide range of film thickness and blow-up ratios. It can also be co-extruded with a variety of other polymers. This resin is typically used as low temperature seal layer in co-extruded films.

EVA中文名称乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物，俗称橡皮胶。优点：
1、良好的柔软性、橡胶般的弹性;
2、在-50℃下仍能够具有较好的可挠性;
3、透明性和表面光泽性好、化学稳定性良好、抗老化和耐臭氧强度好、无毒性;
4、与填料的掺混性好，着色和成型加工性好。
用途：1、薄膜、薄片及层合制品：具有密封性粘合性、柔软性、强韧性、紧缩性，适合弹性包装薄膜，热收缩薄膜，农用薄膜，
食品包装薄膜，层合薄膜，可以用于做聚烯烃层压薄膜的中间层等;
2、一般用品：具有柔韧性，抗环境应力开裂性，耐气候性好的优点，适合工业用材料有电力电线绝缘皮包，家用电器配件，窗密封材料等;
3、日用杂货类：运动用品、玩具、坐垫、束带、密封容器盖、EVA橡胶足球等;
4、汽车配件：避震器、挡泥板、车内外装饰配件等;5、发泡制品：加压发泡有泡沫塑料拖鞋、凉鞋、建筑材料等;注塑发泡有各种工业零部件，女用鞋底，热熔粘合剂等。
