Jointly built by Beijing Tourism Company, Singapore Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Xinji Enterprise Co., Ltd. Beijing Liangmahe Building is a high-end office and hotel complex located in the famous business and cultural district of Beijing. It was opened in 1990 and renovated in 2003. It is only a 30 minute drive from the capital airport and the city center, and about 45 minutes from the train station. The building is adjacent to the embassy area, shaded by green trees, and the sparkling light of the Liangma River is mesmerizing. The building is located near the Great Wall Hotel, Yansha Center, Hilton Hotel, National Agricultural Exhibition Hall, Beijing Tower, and Kunlun Hotel.
