万东国际文化创意产业园位于朝阳区三间房南里7号院，由1955年建厂的北京万东医疗装备公司三间房厂区改造而成，占地面积7.5万平方米，建筑面积7.5万平方米。将打造形式多变、设计灵动的办公空间，依托周边高校及传媒企业聚集优势，引入文化传媒、影视创意类企业，创建综艺节目生产基地，形成完整产业链。目前园区改造进度已完成80%，已吸引入驻北京米未传媒有限公司、北京中传世纪文化传播有限公司、志佳(北京)文化传媒有限公司等传媒类企业，出租率达到70%。
