森夏化工科技(上海)有限公司成立于2010年8月，是由日本夏普化学工业株式会社、日本大村涂料株式会社以及其他自然人出资建立的合资企业。
公司坐落于上海市奉贤区，在研发生产领域主要以建筑和工业企业用胶和涂料为主。
在建筑行业中，包括低模量无污染的MS改性硅酮胶、高模量无污染建筑密封胶、高性能硅酮建筑密封胶；工业企业中，包括特殊应用密封胶（如PC板专用密封胶，太阳能组件密封胶，电子胶等）；涂料是区别于现有化学合成材料的高科技环保生物涂料（从海洋生物中提炼），将来会广泛应用于各种特殊领域。
公司秉承了日本企业的固有文化传统，对产品的质量严格控制，对于顾客的需求，严谨的予以满足，对于环境的保护和产品对人的环保要求予以不断的改善和提高。
在服务方面，根据中国市场的需要，能够做到较为全面的配合，例如客户需求的多色彩、少批量的产品要求等。
Sunshine Chemical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Was founded in August, 2010. It is a joint venture and founded by Sharp Chemical Co., Ltd., Omuratoryo Co., Ltd. And other natural persons.Located in Fengxian District, Shanghai, our company mainly produces constructional and industrial sealants and coatings. In constructional uses, we offer Non-Polluting Low Modulus Modified Silicone, Non-Polluting High Modulus Sealant, High Modulus Sealant; for industrial uses, we provide sealants for special applications (e.g. for PC boards, solar energy compartments, and electronic devices); also our coatings, different from the current chemical synthetic materials, are high-tech, non-polluting and organic (refined from marine lives). They will be applied in various special field in the future.Sunshine Chemical inherit the Japanese company traditions. We strictly monitor the quality of the products. We satisfy all kinds of requirements and needs from the customers. And we continue modifying and improving the products for Eco-friendly and user-friendly purposes as well. In terms of the service, we offer as comprehensive as possible, according to the special needs of the Chinese market. For example, we take multicolor but small amount orders based on the requirement of customers.
