上海锐闵电子科技有限公司（简称“锐闵”产品：智能公交站牌，电子站牌，数字站牌），由毕业于美国Stanford University并在Stanford Announces GPS Research Center潜心工作多年的留学爱国青年于2001年在上海创立。
锐闵自成立伊始就以“自主创新、强国惠民”为已任，依托强大专业的GPS智能核心技术研发团队、务实高效的管理模式和经营理念，致力于智能交通系统、GPS卫星定位系统、车载终端、3G无线通信以及各种增值服务系统的研发、生产、销售和服务，产品广泛的应用于军队、公安、公交、救护、保险、金融、物流、租赁等关系国泰民安的重要行业与部门。

Shanghai Ruiming group(be called “Ruiming”) was created in Shanghai (year 2001) by the young creative patriotic students of China who were graduated form Standford University and have been researching in the standford announces GPS research center in U.S.A for many years. Ruiming group has taken the “independent innovation、strong motherland benefit people” as the duty of company from the very beginning.
