本厂成立于2002年8月18日，主要从事徽章；纪念章；纪念币；奖章；奖牌；金属加工等礼品行业。
因工厂规模不断的壮大，家庭式经营模式已不能满足现代化市场需求，工厂于2011年3月15日正式注册为“平阳县铭涛工艺品厂”。
经多年努力，现已具备集设计、开发、制作、生产、销售为一体的专业礼品生产厂商。
本厂专业生产各种徽章(珐琅、仿珐琅、烤漆滴胶等工艺徽章)；纪念币(金币、银币、各种镀金、镀银纪念币)、纪念章、校徽、胸章、胸针、钥匙扣、领带夹、奖章、运动章、标牌、铭牌、袖扣、十二生肖、金属商标等各种金属工艺品。
本厂立足，并积极开拓国际市场，产品远销至台湾、香港、欧美、东南亚、日本、韩国等国家及地区。
