公司由刘玉灵投资兴建，项目总投资300万元，占地9600多平方米，厂房面积6000多平方米，拥有200多吨蔬菜保鲜恒温库2座，公司现有职工180多人，拥有先进的生姜、芋头、长葱、洋葱、大蒜、胡萝卜等蔬菜加工流水线，其生产规模和市场占有率居同行业前列，是沂蒙山区农副产品加工出口的龙头企业。
年加工出口量在1.5万吨以上，年营业额在100万以上，产品销往全国各地以及日本、韩国、美国、英国、沙特等多个国家，形成了国内、国际销售网络。
