舟山市定海金炜螺杆制造有限公司位于海天佛国普陀山所在地的舟山群岛之经济文化中心--定海。
本公司系专业生产为各种橡胶挤出机、注塑机配的普通型、渐变型、突变型、混炼型、分离型、销钉型、排气型、屏障型、分流型、加速型等螺杆、机筒的制造厂。
已有十几年的历史。
公司生产的螺杆、机筒选用优质38CrMoALA材料，并经调质、氮化，硬度可达HV900以上，深度达0.5-0.7mm，完全达到并超过国家标准，远销全国各地。
本公司除为国内外整机厂提供配套外，还可为广大客户承担来样加工及设计、测绘等制造任务，并可根据用户要求对螺杆表面喷涂硬质合金和对已磨损的旧螺杆进行修复工作。

They have such features as antifriction, corrosion proof and long operating life, with strong technical force and advanced processing and detecting equipment, the company has produced products in stable and reliable quality, which sell well in domestic markets.Besides providing extrusion parts for complete machine manufacturers at home and aboard, the company also conduct processing, designing and mapping business according to customers samples. Furthermore, other processing treatments such as spraying hard alloy on the surface of screw and renovation of worn screw are undertaken to meet demands of customers, old and new clients are welcome to contact with us for future cooperation.
