联丰(随州)食品有限公司创建于1998年，注册资本为1000万人民币.　　公司以经营精制干香菇的出口贸易为主，兼营木耳、板栗、银杏及中药材等农副产品的收购、加工和销售。
公司已拥有“永光”、“双赢”、“佳和”、“方圆”、“中九环”等品牌，产品远销港澳、东南亚、欧美等地。
其中“永光”注册商标通过“随州香菇”原产地标记注册申报，国家质检总局已于2004年12月正式对外宣传注册，成为我市首个具有原产地域保护的自有知识产权产品。
　　为促使公司产品提档升级，扩大产品在国际市场上的占有率，2005年公司又投资200多万元对原有香菇生产线进行系统地技术改造。
公司现已通过国家卫生注册评审、ISO9000和HACCP食品安全体系认证，已取得了精制干香菇工业品认定，从而实现了工业化生产。
全年出口创汇已突破1000多万美元。
