上海振森木业机械有限公司成立于2000年，在上海普陀区工商局注册。
本公司经过8年的设计制造开发，于2009年7月7日在广东雷州奋勇华侨农场内试制成功了一条年产3万立方（多层热压机串联式设备工艺布置）的高密度纤维薄板生产线成套设备。
也研发成功新一代绿色环保（无甲醛释放量）的配方工艺。
薄板产品通过了广东省湛江市质量监督检测所检测，各项指标达到了高密度检测标准，甲醛释放量，穿孔萃取法Mg/100g，2.5。
低于欧州标准的甲醛释放量：Mg/100g，5。
并于同年在国家知识产权局申请了发明专利，专利号分别为200910054774.1(高密度纤维薄板的生产工艺)和200910200643.X（无甲醛的人造板粘合剂及制作工艺）。
2010年6月16日，国家知识产权局发明专利公报第26卷第24号刊出公示，200910200643.X的发明专利于2012年1月取得国家授权。
2012年“上海振森”在江苏投资年产量为5万立方米的无甲醛高密度板项目，将麦秸秆等废弃农材作物，再生二次循环利用，试制出无胶无甲醛高密度板和各类木质衍生产品，并且达到世界木制品行业的环保最高标准，就是本项目的核心价值。
