產品具有壽命長、無噪聲、體積小、重量輕、免保養、價格低等特點：一、齒輪材質採用SCM-415(鉻目合金鋼)配合滲碳硬化處理確保材質韌性(齿面硬，齿根韧)，不脆化經得起瞬間衝擊(非常规採用S45C鋼經熱處理,材質脆化)；二、齿轮精度高,达到三级以内，齿轮间隙0.02M/M以内,咬合面大又深,更耐冲击寿命更长(一般品牌精度3-6级,间隙0.5M/M左右）；三、采用德国QPQ高端盐浴软氮化复合处理技术，大大提高了产品的美观性，耐磨性和抗蚀性。

It specially engages in the production of Gear Micro Motor （6W-3000W）,Small gear reducer、Variable speed motor to provide the China’s market. The products have passed CE, ISO9001: 2000 of international certification and 3C certification of mainland.The virtue of the products with long life, no noise, small size, light weight, maintenance-free and low prices. The first: Gear adopts SCM-415 (Chromium alloy steel head)with the carburized hardening process to ensure that the material toughness (hard tooth surface, tooth root tough), not brittle withstand instant impact(Unconventional use of S45C steel after heat treatment, material embrittlement). The second:High precision gears, reaching less than three, Gear clearance 0.02M / M or less, Occlusal surface of large and deep, more resistant to impact longer life(usually 3-6 brand precision level, the gap 0.5M / M or so).
