Profile of ARSEMAnshan Sino-Rail Fastening Company Ltd. (hereinafter refer as ARSEM) is the largest manufacturer and exporter of rail fastenings and accessories nationally, located at Anshan – the largest iron and steel manufacture base in China. At the end of 2008, 0.60 million metric tons of rail fastenings and accessories have been provided to China Railways, 25 thousand metric tons of rail fasteners and accessories which is conform to many international standards, such as UIC, JIS, AAR, AREA, ASTM, have been sold to over 20 countries and regions around world by ARSEM.
