双胶槽网带复合机

双胶槽胶水网带式复合机用途：用于羊羔绒、摇粒线、长毛绒、鸡皮绒、海绵、布类、EVA、人革、人造棉等上胶贴合。服装、制鞋、制帽、手套、皮衣、汽车垫、玩具等原料上胶巾贴合。
双胶槽胶水网带式复合机特点：突破单一机不能多用的局限，集白胶、强力胶、PV胶贴合机功能综合为一机生产，并籍耐高温压著网带之优性，使用户实现一机多用的理想。
复合范围：海绵、布类、人革、无纺布、EVA等加厚材料需要双烘筒再次加温的复合。
主要配置：
1放料装置：机架、导布辊.、大力拑。
2.上胶装置：胶辊花纹精密细致，用不锈钢刮刀，耐磨耐用，刮胶均匀。
3.牵引装置：动力牵引。
4.烘筒压合：烘筒内装有电机热管30根，预热时间短，烘筒内加装灌装导热油，使两端与表面温度基本 保持一致。
5.传动部分：采用国产变频器调速电机，变频联动，机器同步运转平稳。
6.切边装置：在复合后材料收卷前切边，装有调整手柄易于操作，切边时不卡滞，废料能顺利落地。
7.收卷装置：采用磁粉张力气涨轴中心收卷，并采用液压自动对边，卷布效果好。准确方便。

Before production, it is necessary to check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced or not, and startup e without phase is strictly prohibited.

During the production period, it should check whether the rotary joints are safe, whether the pipeline is smooth, whether there is any damage, oil leakage, and timely removal.

The hot oil engine must be turned on before production, and can be produced only after the temperature is raised to the required temperature of the process. Before production, check whether the pressure of each barometer is normal, whether there is air leakage in the air passage, and repair it in time.

Before large-scale production of e, small-scale test should be done before large-scale production can be achieved.

Before production, the lubrication conditions of hydraulic stations, reducers, bearing bushes, screw, etc. should be checked, and the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be injected correctly and timely.

After shutdown, the rubber trough and scraper accessories, mesh rollers must be cleaned in time to remove residual glue and dirt from all parts of the machine for next use.
